Chesapeake Midstream Partners is dedicated to increasing the quarterly cash distributions we pay to our unitholders over time while ensuring the ongoing stability of our business. We intend to accomplish this primarily by focusing on the following strategies:

  • Capitalize on High-Growth, Unconventional Plays – Focus on gas gathering opportunities in our Barnett Shale, Haynesville Shale and Marcellus Shale regions and several unconventional resource plays in our Mid-Continent region
  • Leverage Our Extensive Asset Base – Optimize our systems by capitalizing on our relationship with our sponsor, Chesapeake Energy Corporation and attracting third-party volumes
  • Minimize Direct Commodity Price Exposure – Seek to minimize direct commodity price exposure and promote cash stability
  • Growth Through Disciplined Development and Accretive Acquisitions – Regularly pursue accretive acquisitions of midstream assets from Chesapeake Energy Corporation and other parties
